Tables full,
messages empty.

When the evening service starts nobody can look at the phone; the "any tables?", "is there a vegan option?", "do you deliver?" messages go unanswered. For cafés and restaurants, the box brings order to this traffic.

Set up over an online call — you look after the service, the digital side stays in the box.

SECTOR · CAFÉS & RESTAURANTS

Sound familiar?

Busy service,
scattered communication.

01

Reservations lost on the phone

Every call that can't be picked up during the evening rush is a table going to another address.

02

The menu circulates as a photo

An old menu photo sent over WhatsApp shakes trust when it clashes with current prices.

03

A venue you can't find on the map

A Google profile missing address, hours and photos loses even the customer who is nearby.

04

Content only when there's time

Social media becomes an "if there's time" job; irregular posting sinks into silence.

What's in the box for you?

Five shelves,
lined up for service.

From menu to table, from message to map — every shelf takes the edge off an evening rush.

The 10:10pm scenario

While service runs,
a table gets held.

The "any tables tonight?" question gets answered without tying up the phone; the table is held, the menu link goes out. When it doesn't know, the assistant doesn't stay silent — it asks you.

Hi, is there a table for 4 tonight at 8pm?

Hi! There's a table for 4 free in the garden at 8pm. Shall I book it in your name?

Yes, under Can. Do you have a vegan option?

Your table is booked Can, tonight 8pm in the garden. We have 3 vegan dishes on the menu; you can see it here.

Can I bring my dog?

I don't know that, and I don't want to give wrong information. I've asked the owner — they'll get back to you shortly.

Which box?

Starter Box,
assistant on top.

Site + identity + a social rhythm first. If reservation message volume grows, the AI assistant shelf gets added; the Full Box builds everything at once.

Starter Box

14,500 – 19,500 TL + VAT

Brand identity + corporate site. As a next step the AI assistant and reservation panel are added — or everything is built together with the Full Box (39,000 – 48,000 TL + VAT).

The care shelf is 4,500 – 6,000 TL + VAT/month; menu updates and content tracking live there.

FAQ

Common questions.

Got another question on your mind? Write — I'll answer them all.

Will I have to write to you every time I update the menu? +

No. The menu is updated from a simple editing area or a ready-made template; you make seasonal menu changes yourself. If you get stuck, the care shelf kicks in.

Do I need to do anything extra to appear on Google Maps? +

I help set up your Google Business Profile and match it with your site; you manage the profile afterwards. Your address, opening hours and directions stay clearly visible on the site.

Takeaway questions keep the phone busy — what can be done? +

Frequently asked takeaway and order questions are answered on the site and by the AI assistant; the phone is left for the conversations that genuinely need it.

Will reservations get messy moving from a paper book to online? +

The transition is kept simple: your table times and capacity are defined, incoming requests gather in one list. If you like, run both in parallel for the first week.
