When you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business details, the service you are interested in ("shelf"), your message, the page you submitted from and the submission time.

When you reach out via WhatsApp, email or phone: your phone number, your name and what you write.

Only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your needs, prepare a proposal and — if you accept — run the contract process. I do not use your data for advertising, sell it, or send you newsletters without permission.

Data is collected electronically, submitted by you, via the form, email, phone and WhatsApp on this site. Processing is based on KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and (f) "legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed".

Form data is stored and processed on Google LLC infrastructure (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script and Gmail). These services' servers are located outside Türkiye.

If you write via WhatsApp, your messages pass through the WhatsApp / Meta infrastructure. These transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9.

Other than this, your data is not shared with third parties except for legally authorised requests from public authorities.

Your data is kept for 1 year after your enquiry is resolved; if a contract is formed, the periods in the relevant legislation apply. When the period expires, data is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information if it has been, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request its deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, request that these actions be notified to transferees, object to an adverse result produced by automated analysis, and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Analytics and advertising measurement tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) on this site only run if you give explicit consent. Without consent, none of them load. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. When these tools run, your visit data may be transferred abroad to Google LLC and Meta Platforms infrastructure.
